We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Responsibilities
Staff should be customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.
Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take and serve accurate food and drink orders
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
Deliverand collect bill payments
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations
Follow all relevant health department regulations
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Skills Required
Minimum of OND.
Great Communication Skills oral and written.
Must be Articulate and Organized.
